I was part of the High School Reunion last weekend. It was nice to stay in the same hotel where the activities were held. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, is clean, and I really liked the quiet bedroom. I would stay at Viscount Suites again.
We like the queen size bed, the atrium in the center, and the price was less than some we looked at on-line.
Location is excellant for parents visiting students at the U of A. We are repeat visitors. We will consider it again next year. The inclusive breakfast is great and we did enjoy it.
We were told that there was wireless internet in the rooms. We were unable to log on the entire weekend. We were told that some rooms have trouble with the connection but ours should not. However, we never did connect. We asked for help at the desk but never received any.
The hotel is conveniently located and very comfortable. The rates are very good and include a great breakfast buffet that includes made to order waffles and omlettes. If you need to be close to U of A this is a great option.
roominess of rooms centrally located
shower spout would not engage properly water would not distribute completely from shower head
On Saturday a wedding took place. I was asked at the front desk the next morning if the music from the reception kept me awake. My reply was no because when I closed the middle door I could not hear them. I really enjoyed my stay at the Viscount, Tucson, AZ
Very friendly staff. Great room for the price; I had a suite. Nice dinner and bar area. I luv seeing the parrots....adds something extra that is unusual
In a busy town like Tucson, it was easy to find, easy to get to, and quiet. It was close to the University, which was why were in Tucson.
spacious rooms, great restaurant/bar area, great breakfast
The comfort and location.
Poor wifi connection. This is my third time staying there, but the first time on the 4th floor. The internet connection was poor, even though there were more than one connection points.
Clean room. Actual glass drinking glasses. Very comfortable bedding and great pillows. Plenty of good quality, soft towels.
Wifi coverage and speed was terrible. Could not keep a solid connection open anywhere no matter good the signal was. No flat panel TVs, both CRTs provided were old but adequate. Hand soaps were thin slivers that produced incredibly mild suds of little use.
The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers are hot
The room above had little kids who I thought may come through the ceiling anytime with all there jumping but it ended before I went to bed thank god
I liked the location to malls, restaurants.
Did not like small soaps for showering. This has changed from previous visits. Soaps were a little bigger.
Staff was very professional - will stay at hotel on next visit to Tucson
The breakfast bar was excellent but had the exact choices both mornings. More variety would have been nice
It was quite noisy the first night. People above us. Loud enough to wake me up continually.
